@JUGO49 It's impossible to ''hide'' that sort of thing. Same thing as with the conspiracies: Govs just aren't THAT good.Second of all, it really is a major part of their culture to play the ''good guys'', to be the heroes. Their reckless naivete however is something destructive for west. The one time they got their act together was when they had the big bad, the soviets to oppose.It's an odd behaviour for west to blame ourselves for everything in this world. A foolish, cowardly behaviour.

Positive- I love the fact that howard zinn doesnt shy away from exposing some of the ugly truths of America. I love this place, and that means I want us to learn from the mistakes of our past. Zinn exposes these mistakes instead of ignoring or downplaying there significance to America. History teachers companion.

@sandrodream1 allright lets take a tally of countries colonised by europe but have there own languages ok 1st china 2nd pakistan 3rd indonesia 4th burma 5th the philopines 6th zimbabwa 7th jamaica 8th south africa. america was so stupid it couldnt adopt its own language. olso colonies wernt given languages the people that settled in america used the language they new best. a colony is basically a island or country under control of another country. olso if america didnt invade iraq u could get 1

So by your definition fallenjdm as long as you defend a country in a war your free to say do anything to undermine it? If thats the case then Hitler must be an angel while serving the German Empire during WW1? Oh thats right because of Hitler we got WW2 and countless lives lost, but its ok its not his fault at all he served his country so he gets a free pass, Zinn is a nutcase plain and simple and your just a communist like Obama the next Hitler/Stalin/Judas.
